About Healthy Lifestyles Isle of Wight

Introducing Healthy Lifestyles Isle of Wight – a new stop smoking and weight management service for the Isle of Wight community. From 1 January 2021, local residents have the opportunity to access a range of new and exciting programmes and services that will improve their health and wellbeing. 

Service users can self refer to the service or be referred by their health professional, this can be done via our website here or by calling 01983 642369/ 0800 999 1396.

Healthy Lifestyles Isle of Wight will engage and bring together a range of local partner agencies to help reduce inequalities across the Isle of Wight. The service will enable residents to access both stop smoking and weight management interventions seamlessly.

Level 2 Stop Smoking Practitioner training This training is for new stop smoking practitioners who have completed the online NCSCT practitioner training Tuesday 27th Sept 9am-5pm TBC
Practitioner Update training This training is to update existing NCSCT accredited advisors who are delivering a stop smoking service. Recommended for all advisors to attend at least once a year. Tuesday 4th October 1pm – 4pm TBC
