About Healthy Lifestyles Isle of Wight

Introducing Healthy Lifestyles Isle of Wight – a new stop smoking and weight management service for the Isle of Wight community. From 1 January 2021, local residents have the opportunity to access a range of new and exciting programmes and services that will improve their health and wellbeing.

Service users can self refer to the service or be referred by their health professional, this can be done via our website here or by calling 01983 642369/ 0800 999 1396.
